Kristen has more than five years experience in web production, technical writing and training. As Production Manager for eBlox, she oversees all project scheduling and manages eBlox’ day-to-day customer service for the ProStore4 and storeBlox product lines. She is credited with streamlining eBlox training systems, including developing online product tutorials for all products and helping to accelerate web site build processes. She also routinely assists in the development of new features and functionality for eBlox products. Prior to eBlox, Kristen worked as an Applications Trainer for Knowledge Alliance and a Technical Writer for Universal Computer Systems. She has a Technical Writing Degree from Texas A&M University. When she’s not at eBlox, Kristen is active in outdoor activities such as skydiving, triathlons and exercising with Connor, her German Shepard. She also enjoys traveling and reading classic literature. |
