As director of interactive services, Kristen is responsible for delivery, creative quality and technical effectiveness of interactive projects.
Previously, Kristen was Principal of Lofthouse Design, President of Dakasa, and Director of Content Strategy at Sapient. Her clients have included CVS/pharmacy, L.L.Bean, Volkswagen, Staples, Verizon, IBM, UPS, Campbell Soup Company, NFL, Genzyme, and several Procter & Gamble and Unilever brands.
Kristen's skills include project management, content strategy, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing and front-end development.
Kristen holds a BA, with honors, from Villanova University. Her work has been recognized by MIMC, the Caples Awards and the PMA. |
