During her tenure with Pfizer Inc., Kristen held roles of increasing responsibility in executive search and staffing. She handled specific key assignments, such as conducting the search to recruit Pfizer’s first Chief Diversity Officer. She oversaw large scale staffing initiatives for the corporation’s Research and Development Division. Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and later pursued business studies at The University of Chicago. She is a former member of the Executive Search Information Exchange and has addressed industry forums such as HR New York and Kennedy Information’s Annual Executive Search Summit.
