Kristen M. Anderson is an associate in the San Diego office of Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP, where she specializes in antitrust class action litigation. Ms. Anderson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, summa cum laude, from St. Louis University in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2006. While at Hastings, she served as an extern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in San Francisco. Ms. Anderson also served as an extern to Justice Kathryn Mickle Werdegar of the Supreme Court of California and was the research assistant to Professor James R. McCall in the areas of antitrust and comparative antitrust law. Ms. Anderson is admitted to the California Bar and is licensed to practice in all California state courts as well as all U.S. District Courts in California. She is a member of the California Bar Association, including the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section, and the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law. |
