SUNY Fredonia - B.S., 2001 Kristen is responsible for underwriting and due diligence, industry research, financial modeling, transaction structuring and execution for the Ironwood Mezzanine and Ironwood Equity Funds. In addition, Kristen has responsibility for portfolio company financial and capital structure monitoring and reporting, market trends, competitive environment, business development and growth strategy support and exit opportunity analysis. Prior to joining Ironwood Capital, Kristen spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Services Industry. While at PwC, she provided assurance services for hedge funds, private equity partnerships, mutual funds and insurance clients. Kristen is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
