Krista E. Kamper, a Managing Director in Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Orange County office, combines extensive legal experience with a marketing background to focus her recruiting efforts on placing bright associates at first-rate law firms and companies in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County.
After graduating with her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Krista practiced law for more than nine years, specializing in commercial and product liability litigation. She spent several years in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight, and then moved home to her native Southern California where she worked as a senior associate at Newport Beach-based Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. While in law school, she was a member and associate editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. She received her B.A. in English with emphasis in professional writing from the University of Redlands, where she relished her four years as a varsity volleyball player and was an Academic All-American.
Krista and her husband, Matt, live in Irvine with their daughter and a chatty cat. In their spare time, they are actively involved in Mariners Church. They also hang out at the beach, ski and travel to local and far away mountains, and they love everything to do with food. |
