Krisann Kleibacker Lee joined Faegre & Benson after spending two years clerking in U.S. District Court. She represents companies and governments in a variety of litigation contexts, with particular experience in multi-district litigation. Krisann is also a member of Faegre & Benson's e-Discovery working group. Krisann has served as an instructor of legal research and writing for first year students at the University of Minnesota Law School. As a law student, she worked as a legal assistant to then Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle in the U.S. Senate, and externed for District of Minnesota Judge Michael J. Davis. Prior to becoming an attorney, Krisann lived and worked in Japan. She is originally from South Dakota.
