Kris has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from India and a Master’s Diploma in Software Quality Management from UK. Kris has several years of experience with various Fortune 500 companies, Consulting Firms, Blue Chip companies and prominent outsourcing suppliers in all areas of software engineering, quality and process management.
Kris started his career as a software engineer writing compilers and Operating System utilities at Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), and then moved on to the IT Quality and process area. Kris’s has serviced companies like GTE (now Verizon), PriceWaterhouseCoopers, CSC, and Department of Electronics. Kris has several years of consulting background in the areas of Quality Management & CBA IPIs Assessments for customers like Sasken Communication Technologies, Larsen & Toubro, Kingdee Software China, Infinite Computer Solutions, Gulf Computers, General Electric (GE), GTE Internetworking, GTE Data Services, GTE Government Systems, CSC, and Infinium Software.
As an SEI Authorized Lead Assessor, Kris has led several CBA IPI, and SCAMPI assessments, and most of these being high maturity (Levels 4 and 5) assessments. Kris has been instrumental in also helping companies to achieve process maturity through a balance of model based as well as project management improvement paradigms. He has been an excellent trainer and has trained over 5000+ people in several companies on many topics in software quality and process in continents across the world.
Kris has extensively traveled worldwide and has spent most of his career in the US, and has helped clients in all cultures (China, HongKong, India, USA, Gulf, Europe) to make the art of culture change management practical. |
