Kris F. Heinzelman is a partner in, and the head of, the Firm’s Corporate Department. Kris’s practice consists primarily of domestic and international corporate finance transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing investment banking firms.
Kris was born in Monroe, Wisconsin. He joined Cravath in 1976 and became a partner in 1983. Kris has served as the Firm’s Corporate Recruiting Partner and Corporate Managing Partner.
