Kraig McKinley is Vice President of Research and Development at AtStaff, Inc. McKinley, who joined the company in April 2002, possesses extensive executive management experience in project and program management, process and business analysis, software evaluation and design, and financial and market analysis. For four years, McKinley held responsibility for AtStaff's application consulting and technical support organizations. McKinley worked closely with clients to ensure overall client satisfaction, from solution design to application delivery to ongoing support. Today, he's responsible for ensuring the product is developed in a customer-oriented manner and is met with ease of installation and maintenance. In his most recent former position, he served as Program Director at Ariba, Inc., a leading international procurement and sourcing software vendor. In this role, McKinley was responsible for cultivating and managing key relationships with strategic accounts, allocating and targeting all service professionals to ensure attainment of critical objectives, and forming and managing alliances with clients and business partners. Before that, McKinley was Executive Director of Product Management at Decision Support Systems, Inc., a premier decision-support software company. His primary responsibilities in this position included directing strategic operations for the company's e-business start-up initiatives, leading all product management activities, reengineering internal business processes, and conducting customer and supplier analyses. Prior to this post, he served as a Senior Consultant and Business Development Manager at Buccino & Associates, Inc., a national firm specializing in strategic planning, business process engineering, change management and turnaround management. In this position, McKinley directed several major business development and consulting activities, developed and refined corporate strategies, and enhanced relationships with key clients. McKinley also served as Director of Marketing for a legal and economic research and clearinghouse organization. He has written numerous articles on the topics of technology, management and corporate turnarounds for national journals and periodicals. McKinley earned a masters of business administration from Campbell University and a bachelor of arts degree in Economics, Communications, Law and Government from The American University in Washington, D.C. |
