Mr. Higginson has served as the Chairman since October 2003. He has also served as the Company’s President from October 2003 to March 2004 and as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from March 2004 to January 2005. Mr. Higginson founded American Telemedia Network, Inc., a publicly traded corporation that developed a nationwide satellite network of data and audio visual programming. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Telemedia Network from 1984 through 1988. From 1988 through 2002, Mr. Higginson worked as a business consultant through Lighthouse Associates, an entity that he controls. |
