Mr. Chia is a co-founder and former CEO of Celestix Networks. He also co-founded Sooner Technology Pte Ltd (founded in 1994), a leading distributor of PC-related components and peripherals. The company was acquired by listed Flextech Group in 1999. Before Sooner Technologies, Mr. Chia founded inSTEP MicroSolutions Pte Ltd (founded in 1994), a boutique technology distribution company specializing in multimedia-related semiconductors and software. The company was acquired by the Flextech Group in 1999. He also founded Panatec Industries Pte Ltd (founded in 1995), a memory module specialist with factories in Singapore and India. Kok-Hua served as Director of Technology. Mr. Chia holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic. |
