Mr. Heaton is Executive Vice President, General Counsel of Sentry. His responsibilities include documenting Sentry's national and international transactions, evaluating and researching various legal issues arising in Sentry's business, and supervising the Contract Administration department. Mr. Heaton is also a member of Sentry's Investment Committee. Prior to joining Sentry, Mr. Heaton was Chief Operating Officer of International Armoring Corporation, and served as Division Legal Counsel and Director of Contracts for FMC-Jetway Systems, the world leader in the manufacture and sale of airline passenger boarding bridges. Mr. Heaton was also a partner with the prominent Salt Lake City law firm of Callister, Nebeker & McCullough, where he concentrated on corporate business, banking and real estate law. Mr. Heaton graduated cum laude from Weber University and obtained a law degree from the University of Utah in 1982. |
