Kirk Krist has served as a Class III director since our acquisition of IWC Services on July 29 1997. Mr. Krist’s term as a Class III director will expire on the date of our annual meeting of stockholders in 2009. Mr. Krist served as Chairman of the Board from December 2002 to December 2006. Mr. Krist is a graduate of the University of Texas with a B.B.A. in Business. He has been a self-employed oil and natural gas investor and venture capitalist since 1982.
