Mr. Hughes joined Settlement Capital in 1997 and has served as director of contract buying from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Hughes is directly responsible for the Production process including Contract Buying, Underwriting and Closing. Mr. Hughes has most recently been instrumental in developing and implementing a successful program to acquire lottery contract winnings. Mr. Hughes earned his BS from Austin College, Sherman, TX. |
