Kirk Boyle is an associate at Carrington Coleman. He practices primarily in the areas of business litigation and appeals. Mr. Boyle's prior legal experience includes courtroom representation of clients as a member of the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic, organization of a legal aid clinic in Chicago, and an internship with U.S. District Court Judge Jane J. Boyle in the Northern District of Texas.Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Boyle worked for the United States House of Representatives as Deputy Director of Floor Operations for the Majority Whip and Senior Floor Assistant for the Majority Leader. In those capacities, Mr. Boyle worked directly with Members of Congress on the House floor and was involved in House passage of the Class Action Fairness Act and medical malpractice liability reform. Mr. Boyle also joined various trade and foreign affairs delegations to Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East as a Congressional aide. Mr. Boyle is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas. |
