Kip R. Caffey has been Managing Director of Cary Street Partners, LLC, an investment banking and wealth management firm, since July 2004. From July 1999 to March 2004, Mr. Caffey was employed by SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and its predecessor firm, The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc., where he was Senior Managing Director and co-head of Investment Banking. Upon consummation of this offering, Mr. Caffey will become one of our independent directors. |
