Mr. Moore has over 35 years of experience growing and managing IT organizations, and brings a strong marketing, sales and operations background to Secured Services. He spent 18 years as Managing Partner of Quantum Information Resources Ltd. (Quantum), which he built into one of the largest, privately held IT services companies in Canada, reaching annual revenues of $C75 million, with 800 employees in 10 offices throughout Canada and the United States. Quantum generated a pre-tax profit every year and financed its expansion entirely from retained earnings. In 1998, Quantum was purchased by Mastech Systems Corp., a public company traded on NASDAQ. Mr. Moore assumed the position of President & CEO of Mastech Canada to oversee the integration of QuantumÕs operations into MastechÕs corporate structure. |
