Mr. Bourland is a Partner of CF & Co., L.L.P, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants. He has over thirty years experience in public accounting, principally involving audits of securities dealers, public companies, employee benefit plans, taxation and management consulting and serves as an expert witness. King is licensed to practice in Texas, Minnesota, New York, Arizona, and Colorado. King earned his BBA from the University of North Texas and his MBA from Southern Methodist University where he was a lecturer in finance. He joined CF & Co., LLP in 1972, after working for an international accounting firm and serving as the Vice-President/Operations Officer of a broker-dealer in securities. King is a past member of the AICPA Committee on Stockbrokerage and Investment Banking and has served on the Investment Management and Capital Markets Conference Committee of the TSCPA where he was chairman on two occasions. Additionally, he serves on the Management of Accounting Practice Committee of CPAmerica International, is on the Board of Directors of the Town North Optimist Foundation, and is a member of the President's Council and the 2004/2005 President Elect of the Advisory Board of the Department of Accounting at the University of North Texas. King's professional affiliations include the AICPA, TSCPA, the Dallas Chapter of the TSCPA, and CPAmerica International. |
