Kimmo Jyllilä is the Chief Financial Officer of Eqvitec Partners where he is responsible for the administration and reporting procedures of the funds managed by Eqvitec as well as portfolio monitoring and control issues. Kimmo joined the firm in January 2001 with a strong background in finance, structuring and accounting issues. Previously, he worked as a financial analyst with Eqvitec Advisors, an investment banking boutique. There, Kimmo was involved in a range of private equity activities, including several Finnish technology landmark private placements, where he focused on valuation and financial modeling. Prior to joining Eqvitec Advisors in February 2000, he was a lecturer and researcher at the Helsinki School of Economics & Business Administration, in the areas of financial accounting, financial statement analysis and valuation of technology companies. Kimmo holds a M.Sc. (Econ) from the Helsinki School of Economics & Business Administration, with a major in Accounting. Kimmo serves as a Board member for Envox Group AB and Fox Technologies Inc. |
