Role: As Director of Customer Care, Kimmie oversees the Goldleaf Live Website department, including the ongoing support and evolution of client sites and site-related products as well the support and maintenance of our client relationships. In this capacity, she manages the day-to-day activities of the Customer Care development team. She also maintains the quality control and in-house compliance area. Background: A Nashville native, Kimmie Huggins attended the University of Mississippi and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Life Development. In March 2001, she began working at Banc Internet Group as an Account Manager in the Development department. After about a year in Development, an opportunity in the Customer Care department opened up, and Kimmie welcomed the chance for additional challenges. Kimmie married in April 2004. |
