Kimberly Tonelli is a Consultant with Francorp’s Operations Department. Kim partners closely with clients during each stage of franchise operations manual developmenton-site consultation visit, analysis and documentation of business systems, writing and editing the first draft of the Operations Manual, and making revisions to create a final product that is consistent with the franchise’s legal documents and strategic plan. With expertise in the areas of technical writing, design and development of training programs, and project management, Kim ensures that clients’ Operations Manuals are thorough, accurate, easy to reference, and delivered in a timely manner. Prior to joining Francorp, Kim owned a marketing communications and instructional design and development consulting business. She also worked as a project manager/instructional designer for a Charlotte, NC based professional development firm and was employed as Training Program Coordinator for the Business and Industry division of a local community college. An advocate of lifelong learning, Kim has been a student of Langevin Learning Services Instructional Design and has received an Associate’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She holds a B.A. with high honors in Media Communications from Governors State University. |
