Ms. Rogers specializes in transfer pricing and business valuation. She has experience in providing economic analyses in a wide variety of transfer pricing engagements, including global tax planning, audit defense, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), cost sharing arrangements, and intellectual property valuation. Ms. Rogers provides consulting services to clients in the automotive, software, semiconductor, computer peripheral, pharmaceutical, and consumer durable and nondurable products industries. Ms. Rogers works closely with clients in developing and implementing solutions to transfer pricing problems. She has prepared several transfer pricing documentation reports in accordance with U.S., Canadian, Indian, U.K., and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) requirements. Ms. Rogers’s economic analyses have been incorporated into documents, such as APAs, in support of Competent Authority, audit, and appeals proceedings. In business valuation, Ms. Rogers has prepared studies determining arm’s length cost-sharing buy-out amounts, evaluating royalty rates, allocating purchase prices to tangible and intangible assets, and valuing intangible assets. Prior to joining The Ballentine Barbera Group, Ms. Rogers was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a senior consultant at KPMG. Before joining KPMG, Ms. Rogers was an economist at Exeter Associates Inc., a consulting firm specializing in public utility economics and litigation support. |
