Kimberly has been with Kinetix (through one of the formation companies) since June of 2000. During her nearly seven years with the company, she has served in a variety of expanding roles.
Kimberly began as a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter primarily focused on administrative and customer service staffing. In that role she served as the primary contact for various companies helping them to meet their personnel needs and goals.
In 2001, she moved into the role of Partner Manager servicing two of the company’s largest clients. In that role, she maintained on-site responsibilities for both clients and was responsible for providing continuous solutions to their changing staffing and Human Resource challenges. Later in 2001, Kim took on the additional responsibility of becoming the Operations Manager for the firm with responsibility for the flow of work, information and processes throughout the company and for managing a team of professional recruiters, including continuing their professional development.
In late 2006, Kinetix saw the need for concentrated leadership focus on the clerical, administrative and customer support portion of our business to ensure consistent execution as we were growing again, Kimberly stepped up to the challenge and assumed the practice leader position for this area. |
