Kim has evolved from the agency's receptionists, to a customer service-licensed assistant, and just recently to our newest 2-20 licensed general lines agent. We are all very proud of her dedication to our industry and her clients that drove her to reach this difficult goal. Currently, she advises a portion of the agency's Personal Lines clients, involving both new sales as well as general customer service. She is very well received by everyone she serves and has become invaluable to our overall operation. |
