Ms. Bowron is Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for all companywide facets of human resource management activities. Prior to joining the company, Bowron was Principal Owner of Human Capital Consulting after serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Clear Channel Entertainment. Mrs. Bowron also served as leadership consultant for Honeywell and was the director of human resources for both Triconex and Midcom Corporation in California.
Bowron received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and her Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Mrs. Bowron additionally attended the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles where she fulfilled the Advanced Program in Human Resource Management. She has served on the Board of Directors for Communities In Schools Houston. |
