Kimberly B. Altschuler is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. Kimberly is a member of the Trial Department specializing in Labor & Employment law.
Before joining the Firm, Kimberly served as a field attorney for the National Labor Relations Board in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a field attorney, Kimberly focused her practice in labor/management relations. Prior to her work with the National Labor Relations Board, Kimberly worked as an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor advising parties in a variety of labor, employment, and administrative laws including whistleblower protection, occupational health and safety, and fair labor standards. In 1997, Kimberly worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Norma Shapiro, Federal District Judge, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
