Kim Patmore was named Executive Vice President and chief financial officer for First Data in February 2000. She oversees all aspects of the company's financial areas and settlement operations.
Patmore joined First Data in June 1992 as controller after 11 years with the public accounting firm Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has served on the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts and Family Tree and as a commission member for the Colorado Governor’s Commission on Science and Technology. Patmore currently serves on the Colorado Economic Futures Panel established by Chancellor Daniel L. Ritchie at the University of Denver.
In 2005 Patmore was honored with an Outstanding Women in Business award by the Denver Business Journal. She was honored with a Best Workplaces award from CFO Magazine for her innovative management style, as well as the Girl Scouts Woman of Distinction award in 2001. In addition, she received CFO Magazine's CFO Excellence Award for training and building a finance team in 2000. |
