Mrs. Lacy is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Group. She focuses her practice on securities, tax-exempt finance and general corporate matters. She counsels a wide variety of corporate and governmental entities, as well as non-profit organizations including private foundations and other organizations exempt under I.R.C. section 501(c)(3). Mrs. Lacy is an active member of the local community. She is currently serving on Greater Richmond SCAN’s Board of Young Professionals.
