Kimberly Luff Wakim has been a director since 2003 and Lead Outside Director since 2004. Ms. Wakim an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant is a Partner with the law firm Thorp Reed & Armstrong LLP. Ms. Wakim joined Thorp Reed & Armstrong LLP in 1990.
Ms. Wakim serves as Lead Outside Director and as Chairperson on the Qualified Legal Compliance Committee. She also serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Audit Committee.
