Kim is an associate in Bromberg & Sunstein’s Litigation, Trademark, and Copyright Practice Groups. Kim’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution. Kim is particularly interested in counseling clients to identify, protect, and enforce their intellectual property rights while also making sound business decisions. Experience Kim represents clients in a variety of intellectual property litigation matters, including representation of a major pharmaceutical company against patent infringement allegations in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts. In addition to her litigation practice, Kim counsels clients in the development and management of U.S. and international trademark portfolios, including prosecution and enforcement of trademark applications and registrations. Kim also advises clients regarding intellectual property licensing issues, including licensing of patents, copyrights, and trademarks in a wide variety of industries.
