Since joining Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in January 2005, Kimberly Salomon has assumed important case responsibilities in a broad range of cases, from representing individual debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases to representing chapter 7 panel trustees. She has represented debtors, creditors and trustees in bankruptcy litigation as well as banking institutions in state court litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Salomon was associated with a boutique bankruptcy firm and practiced in New York and New Jersey. In law school she was vice president of the Moot Court Board and a member of the Appellate Advocacy team.
