Ms. Danielson is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Employment Group. Her practice focuses on employment litigation. Ms. Danielson counsels and defends managers and companies against claims of gender discrimination, hostile work environment and retaliation. She also assists clients in drafting and enforcing employment, non-compete and confidentiality agreements. Ms. Danielson has extensive trial experience trying more than three dozen cases. Prior to joining the firm, she spent three years as a deputy public defender in the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender. Ms. Danielson also clerked for the Honorable John D. Dailey in the Colorado Court of Appeals. |
