Kimberly Foster Price is an assistant general counsel for 3M Company where she specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Price has worked in the field of mergers and acquisitions at 3M for over twenty years. In this position, Price is responsible for negotiating and working on global business alliances including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to joining 3M, Price was an associate in the corporate finance department at the law firm of Faegre & Benson.
Price received her JD degree from Columbia University, her master’s in public affairs from Woodrow Wilson School-Princeton University, and completed her undergraduate work at Bowdoin College. Price’s service in the community includes board association in organizations including Minneapolis Council of Girl Scouts, Breck School, Phyllis Wheatley Community Center and Pilgrim Baptist Church. Price is an active member of the Links, Inc., the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers, and Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. Price resides in Edina with her husband Ron. They are the proud parents of three children, Darrius, Alison and Julius. |
