Description of Practice:
Kimberly is an associate in our Orange County office, where she practices in the firm's Real Estate group. She represents real estate developers and investors, landlords and tenants, and property owners in various transactions involving residential, retail, commercial and industrial projects. Kimberly's experience includes the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, lease agreements, and ground leases. She also has experience advising clients through many processes encountered during real estate transactions, such as property acquisition, entity formation, subdivision, entitlement, and compliance.
Kimberly is admitted to the State Bar of California, U.S. District Court and is a California licensed Real Estate broker. She is actively involved in the Huntington Hospital Fall Food and Wine Festival, as well as the Matt Leinart Foundation.
Educational History:
Kimberly received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2005, where she was a member of the Real Estate Law Society and also served as Lieutenant Governor of Communications for the American Bar Association, Law School Division 9th Circuit. She received her B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1995. |
