Kim Sarff practices in the General Business Litigation and the Labor & Employment Practice Groups in the Peoria, Illinois office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Kim has experience in the areas of confidentiality, trade secrets, and noncompetition matters related to employment contracts and contract actions, including interpretation, enforcement, and disclaimer issues. She also has experience in asbestos litigation and related personal injury defense, business torts actions, creditor's rights enforcement and related litigation, construction and related contract claims, defense of lien claims, shareholder actions (including derivative suits), and appellate matters and procedure.
Prior to joining Husch, Kim served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Theodore Boehm of the Indiana Supreme Court.
