Ms. Gonzaga brings over 13 years of financial management experience, four years of which was spent in public accounting and the last nine in the medical device industry in both established and early stage companies.
Most recently she was with Thoratec Corporation where she held several financial management positions before being named Sr. Strategic Finance Manager. Ms. Gonzaga was responsible for all aspects of consolidated budgeting and planning for multiple divisions, quarterly investor relations for all financial press releases including analyst’s reviews, and worked extensively with business development in all aspects of M&A and other material agreements. Prior to Thoratec Corporation, Ms. Gonzaga held progressive positions with Stryker Corporation, Smith & Nephew, Inc. and with Oratec Interventions, Inc. where she was a key contributor in the Initial Public Offering of the company, the acquisition of a small company and later the acquisition to Smith & Nephew. |
