Kimberlee Cotter Senior Vice President of Service Operations joined Comfort Systems in April of 2006 as Vice President of Service Development for Region 1. Kimberlee was promoted to her current position as Senior Vice President Service Operations in July of 2007. She has eighteen years of experience in the HVAC industry specializing in Service and Design/Build.
Kimberlee began her career working with an HVAC mechanical contractor in Dayton OH where she held positions in Sales Sales Management Service Management and as Vice President. Kimberlee later joined Carrier Corporation as Territory Service Manager for Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio. She holds an HVAC contractor’s license in the state of Ohio. She later took a position with Carrier as Area Manager for the Midwest region. Kimberlee has steadily had roles with increasing responsibilities. As Area Manager for Carrier Commercial Service she led a successful $50 million service business with multiple offices. Her experience in managing a wide range of professionals in multiple locations while integrating acquisitions has prepared her to add significant value in her current role. Kimberlee graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/ Marketing. |
