Dr. Kimball A. Miller MD MSHA joined AMAR as Medical Director in January 2008. He is an academic medical clinician health care administrator management consultant and primary care provider with more than 20 years’ experience in clinical practices ranging from small adolescent groups to the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Miller has served in academic tenured faculty positions in several medical and business schools as a medical director of clinical sections in large multi-specialty practices as an administrator of a physician-hospital organization as well as the chief medical officer of a multi-state provider sponsored HMO. Dr. Miller is Board Certified and has 52 publications He received an MD degree from University of Michigan Medical School MSHA degree from University of Colorado Graduate School of Business Administration and did his residency-fellowship at the University of Colorado. |
