In her role as vice president of sales operations, Kim Valdes serves as a member of the sales management team, providing leadership, planning, and coordination in order to meet company targets for retention, growth, and profitability. She coordinates and manages company-wide projects that involve multiple industry groups to gain optimal performance against key objectives. She monitors performance according to company standards and communicates, advises, and assists to improve performance.
As director of Avatech’s Customer Advocacy Program, Valdes works to establish a consistent, strategic approach to ensuring that Avatech surpasses client expectations and builds long-term client relationships through enhanced standards and higher benchmarks for our customer service performance.
Valdes is also responsible for the sales leadership in the AEC segment for Avatech’s southeastern region. |
