Kim Pearman-Gillman was named Vice President of Marketing in October 2005 and has responsibility for all strategic marketing marketing communications market intelligence regulatory support corporate strategic alliance partners customer relationship management and employee communications. Before joining Itron Pearman-Gillman was Sr. Vice President of Avista Development a subsidiary of Avista Corporation where she led economic development for the company. She pioneered the position of Economic Development Advisor to the City of Spokane as a loaned executive and led many successful development projects including Spokane’s University District Steam Plant Square and Courtyard Office Center. Pearman-Gillman has held several other management positions at Avista including working on the company’s merger team starting up Avista’s demand side management programs and serving as an Industrial Account Executive. Prior to joining Avista Pearman-Gillman worked at Berkshire Corporation in high tech sales marketing and product development; in pharmaceutical sales with Lederle Laboratories; and in consumer products sales with the Pillsbury Corporation. Pearman-Gillman actively supports community growth and development by serving on the boards of directors for several technology educational and charitable organizations. Pearman-Gillman received a B.A. in English from the University of Houston. |
