Kim Liou has served as our General Counsel since December 2006 and is responsible for providing corporate-wide legal support with a focus on strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Prior to becoming General Counsel, Mr. Liou served as a Senior Counsel since April 2003. Previously, Mr. Liou had worked as an attorney in the investments group of MetLife, Inc. between October 2001 and April 2003 and an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell, a global law firm, in their New York, Hong Kong and California offices between September 1994 and October 2001. Mr. Liou holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Mathematical and Computational Science and Asian languages from Stanford University and a J.D. degree from Cornell University. |
