Kim Koehn joined Corporex in June 2006 as president of Corporex Colorado, LLC and is charged with growing the company's Colorado operations through direct development, joint venture partnerships, fee arrangements, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Corporex, Mr. Koehn was president of the Denver regional office of Equity Office Properties Trust, the nation's largest public owner/manager of office buildings. He was employed by Equity Office for 13 years, nine of those in Denver. Mr. Koehn currently serves as chairman of Downtown Denver, Inc., the business policy board of the Downtown Denver Partnership and is a past-president of NAIOP's Colorado Chapter and past chairman of the board of Special Olympics Colorado. Mr. Koehn holds a B.A. in environmental design from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. |
