As Quest Software's vice president of global support, Kim Kinnison is responsible for all aspects of support worldwide. Prior to assuming this role in 1999, Kinnison was the director and manager of technical support. From 2001 to 2004, she took on the additional role of vice president of human resources with responsibility for the company's personnel and staffing infrastructures, and also served as vice president of Information Services from 1999 to 2001. Kinnison joined Quest in 1991 as a technical support engineer and prior to Quest held positions as a systems programmer at Hughes Aircraft and instructor/consultant at Hewlett Packard. She has a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
