But she’s equally good at staying organized, remembering details, and keeping the lines of client communication open and buzzing. Kim’s had quite a bit of practice. Her career began at Arnold Worldwide in Richmond, where she provided account service for Dominion Virginia Power and STIHL, Inc. She relocated to Hampton Roads in 2002, joining Raoust+Partners as Director of Client Services. There, Kim managed and provided strategic development for more than 12 financial services accounts.
