Kim joined Elinvar in 1994 and became a principle in 2005. Having served in every area of the business, she has been a leader in the development of our firm’s partnering approach and commitment to excellence. As managing director search, she continues to strengthen the firm’s core values as she leads our search fulfillment process. Combining 7 years in public accounting with her extensive experience in financial recruiting and other managerial positions. Kim brings her knowledge and her insight into every search. From CFO to Accounting staff, individuals and clients alike have come to trust in a successful Elinvar experience when working with Kim. Prior to joining Elinvar, Kim worked with a diverse client base at Lynch and Howard before joining KPMG in 1988 where she served as a Senior Tax Specialist. An honors graduate of East Carolina University, Kim is a member of the NCACPA. Kim spends her community service time mentoring women with breast cancer and volunteering for organizations which support finding a cure.
