Kim Bates, who has 23 years of experience in the electrical field, is a Superintendent for Midwest Electric, where he manages utility distribution crews.Areas of expertise include high-voltage maintenance work, safety planning, large project management, and construction for overhead and underground distribution.Previously, Kim spent 22 years at American Electric Power (AEP) as a lineman, distribution dispatcher and materials manager.
