Ms. Ayers is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Washington, DC Metro marketplace, as well as managing national accounts and working within Beacon Hill’s national government practice. She is known for delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives within the country’s top companies, and has been an expert in both recruiting and account management for a decade. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Ayers was a sales manager for one of the largest IT staffing firms in the world, where she managed national accounts and spearheaded the development of their Government Division. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Radford University where she majored in psychology. |
