Mr. Starley has over 27 years of management and sales experience in the Mortgage Banking and Savings and Loan Industry. Throughout his career Kim has held several positions of leadership with marquis companies including Chase Manhattan Bank, American Residential, and Universal Lending. In the 80’s Kim was a pioneer of wholesale lending and by the early 90’s was in charge of the western half of the nation for both retail and wholesale lending channels for Chase. The recipient of many awards for achievement in his production and management efforts, he has also been called upon both locally and nationally as an industry representative and specialist in fair lending and low to moderate-income lending practices. He has been featured in the print media, radio and television. In 2003 he was awarded the Michael E. Rosser Award by the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association in recognition of Lifetime contribution to the Mortgage Lending Industry. He served as President of the Colorado Mortgage Bankers Association in 1995-1996. He has served as Chairman of the Colorado Housing Council, which represents the legislative interests of all housing related industries in Colorado. He received his Colorado Certified Mortgage Lender designation in 2001. |
