Kim Lynch joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in 1999 and quickly established herself as one of the firm's most reliable and dedicated attorneys. She worked previously for a bankruptcy-oriented practice in Rockland County, New York. Today, she is involved in all aspects of chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases and handles a wide range of bankruptcy issues. Ms. Lynch has been involved in small and large chapter 11 corporate and personal cases involving real estate, trucking, manufacturing and retailing. She litigates complex cases including real-estate disputes, fraudulent conveyance matters, investments and other recoverable assets, matrimonial disputes in bankruptcy and consumer cases.
She served as an Adjunct Professor of Bankruptcy Law at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies and has given seminars on various bankruptcy issues for the Bergen County Bar Association.
